İstanbul Paletler ile Renkten Renge Girdi

Londra‘lı tasarımcı Paul Cocksedge, Mayıs ayında İstanbul’da başlayan “Great Festival of Creativity”  isimli yaratıcılık festivali için paletlerden oluşan renkli bir çalışmaya imza attı.

Yapılan çalışma, kırmızı, mavi ve beyaz transparan özellikteki paletlerin üst üste koyularak havaya tutundurulması ile oluşturuldu. Bu işlem ise kolayca görülmeyen çelik teller yardımı ile yapıldı. Tasarımı ortaya çıkaran Cocksedge yaptığı çalışma için, festivalin hem İngilizlere hem de Türklere onur verdiğini ve palet renklerinin de bunu yansıttığını söyledi.

Designer Creates A Colorful, Floating Palette Installation In Istanbul

London-based designer Paul Cocksedge has created a colorful installation in lieu of the GREAT Festival of Creativity in Istanbul. The installation is made up of red, white and blue transparent disks that are placed to overlap each other in order to form a screen that the public can see through. Appeared to be floating, the colorful disks are actually suspended by steel wires that cannot be easily seen. As it is a festival that honors British and Turkish designs, Cocksedge explained that the colors represent the respective countries, and the overlapping disks celebrates their connection.
